Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a safe and non-invasive alternative healing practice. It is a spiritual practice using light touch (or with hands slightly above the body) Or from a distance.
Most people state that reiki treatments help reduce stress and provide a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Reiki can help reduce pain, balance feelings of anxiousness and facilitate personal growth.
One session can often work wonders and repeated regular sessions can change your life in a very positive way. The benefits of multiple Reiki sessions are cumulative similar in a way to meditation for example. Chronic conditions tend to need multiple sessions to really feel the benefit.
I currently offer Distance Reiki. If you would like to book a session please contact me for a consultation call and we can discuss what your would like me to focus on. The session can be after the call, or live on a zoom call. We then have time after the session to discuss how it felt and next steps.
